WHAT'S NEW
At Risk Services
ENCOMPASS
has developed community based services for at risk individuals
with both developmental disabilities and mental health
diagnosis. Combining expertise in both
developmental disabilities and behavioral health provides
an opportunity for innovative treatment opportunities for
a dually diagnosed population. Community residential

centered treatment plan which is developed for each person. Treatment
includes personal care, peer support, health promotion, living
skills, and room & board. These services compliment
educational, day treatment or vocational activities that
may exist. These settings can be designed and developed
in geographic areas that are most appropriate to the needs
of the individuals.
An
essential element of this program is the Person Centered
Treatment Plan which is developed through the utilization
of the Person Centered Plan, Medication Reviews, Psychiatric
Assessments and/or Psychological Reviews, Individualized
Support Plan, and Behavior Treatment Plan.
Additional
support services provided include: behavior
building, behavior management, behavioral health service
