Employers also benefit from these programs through business services and incentives.
PPEP is a partner in many of the One Stop Centers, located in each Arizona County. Through agreements with One-Stop operators, PPEP provides career counseling services to eligible participants, assisting with finding appropriate training, providing necessary supportive services, developing job placement, and providing follow-up once employed.
PPEP is the Arizona State grantee, designated by the US Department of Labor to operate the National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP). Employment and training services are offered in nine counties across Arizona. NFJP services are for migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their dependents.
